Cost, date and method of delivery.
1. The Seller provides the following methods of Product delivery:
1.1 Postal/courier parcel; cash on delivery postal parcel/cash on delivery courier parcel.
2. Delivery of Products is available Poland and UE for special oreder.
3. Possible delivery costs are indicated when placing the Order. They depend on the delivery and payment method chosen by the Customer. Delivery costs are also indicated on the Online Store website in the "Shipping and cost" tab.
4. The delivery time of the Product to the Customer is up to 15 Business Days, unless a shorter time is specified in the description of a given Product or when placing the Order. This time should be counted as follows:
4.1. If the Customer chooses the payment method by transfer or electronic payment - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.
4.2. If the Customer chooses the cash on delivery method of payment - from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
5. Pursuant to Art. 545 § 2 of the Civil Code, in the event of sending the Product to the Customer via a carrier, the Customer is obliged to examine the shipment at the time and in the manner adopted for shipments of this type. If he finds that the Product was lost or damaged during transport, he is obliged to perform all actions necessary to establish the carrier's liability.
